This tire is new, old stock and retains the wrapping and sticker.
The plastic is ripped in a few spots but still covers over 99% of the
tire and the rubber where it is exposed looks to be in new condition.
The light color that can be seen in the tread on the last picture is a clay
type substance that was also on the wrapper on most of the tire and it wiped
off with a damp cloth. The blue protective material covering the whitewall is intact
and is doing its job. Please see the pictures for further details.
