Description
Antique collector's plate made by Westmoreland Specialty Co, and it was patented in the early 1900s.  It is made of opalescent milk glass and measures 7 1/2 inches in diameter.  The pattern consists 3 owls with a lattice edge.
It has no chips or cracks.
