    Description

    Model aircraft in a 6" square acrylic display box, which has a crack/scratch on one side.  The plane is the DAGO RED, a North American P-51 Mustang that won many awards and world records (check Wikipedia for details).  Owned by my mother, who volunteered at the Museum of Flying (in Santa Monica) and at the Reno Air Races for many years, where she saw this plane race several times.
