Anchor Management White sailor dress has fiber optic light-up anchor appliques along the hemline.  There are additional anchor appliques on the front of the sailor collar.  Dress has a hook and eye front closure.  Costume also includes a sailor hat, hidden pocket for the on/off switch, lithium batteries and  instruction sheet. (3 piece set).
