    Hollywood Obsession has a 30 day return policy for refunds or exchanges. All items must arrive at our return address within 15 days from the date you request the RMA. Returned items must be new, unused, and unopened with all original packaging and packing materials intact. Used or damaged items, including the item packaging, will not be eligible for refund.

    ETURNS MUST HAVE A VALID RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA#) WRITTEN CLEARLY ON THE EXTERIOR OF THE RETURN'S SHIPPING PARCEL.
    You must contact us in order to get a valid return authorization number (RMA#). Returns without a valid RMA# clearly visible on the outside of the return packaging will be refused and shipped back to you. All shipping costs, including return shipping, are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not eligible for refund. Items returned damaged or used may be subject to 15% restocking fee. Upon satisfactory inspection of a return we will issue a refund to the buyer less any restocking fees.
