Item Description
The Panasonic KX-TG6145SK 5-handset cordless phone features DECT 6.0 technology for a clear and crisp audio. Hear who's calling with advanced talking Caller ID in English or Spanish, or quickly see who's calling with the 1.8" white backlit display. The Automated Call Block Mode blocks out Robocallers and the Easy Call Block System blocks up to 1,000 Numbers. The digital answering machine includes 17 minutes of voicemail storage. It sends simultaneous announcements to every handset in the house with voice paging and includes a headset jack an belt clip. With a dedicated Call Block button on each handset, it's easy to block telemarketers, robot calls and other unwanted caller numbers. One button registers up to 1000 caller numbers — even while the phone is ringing or while you're talking or listening. When the phone rings on one side of the room and you're on the other, Panasonic's advanced Talking Caller and Text ID tells you who's calling with text-to-speech announcements from speakers in the base unit and handsets.

The block feature is great, it has cut down on unwanted calls. The directions are a little complicated.

Talking caller ID( which can be turn off), call block, and low battery alert are the best unique features. You can hear the message being left on answering machine from the phone. Yet, I don't like that you cannot turn the the answering machine off the phone when it is not convenient.

Bought this unit to replace an older Panasonic system whose buttons became intermittent (but it was over 8 years old with fairly heavy use). I like the Panasonic handsets because they have a headphone jack and use standard AAA replaceable rechargeable batteries. The Talking Caller ID is handy for all those robo calls as I can easily hear it is a call I do not want to answer.
Do the job for a reasonable price.

These phones do the job, but are not very durable, i.e., if you were to drop them, etc., frequently......the last ones I bought were made with better quality materials. I would recommend them for someone not wanting to spend a ton of money.

Bought this to replace an older 3 handset cordless and 2 single handset phones that all needed batteries that were not holding a charge. Great price! The new set was less then replacing the batteries. Easy to use. Lots of features.

Returns
