Set of 4 Vintage B.F. GOODRICH G78-14 SILVERTOWN HT 1 inch whitewall tires

Description

This is a set of four vintage B.F. Goodrich G78 x 14 Silvertown HT bias-ply tires.  They are 1" whitewall tubeless 4-ply.  The old size rating on these is 8.25 - 14.  The tread width is 6 1/4".  These are wide tires for their era, similar to the old Firestone Wide Oval, and they have a great profile when mounted on a proper wheel.
These tires were only ever slightly used, and retain approximately 90% of their original tread.  There is some minor checking in a couple of the whitewalls, and some very slight discoloration on one that would probably clean up.  The tires are in excellent condition inside and out, and show absolutely no deterioration of any sort except for that slight checking on a couple of the whitewalls.  These tires look fantastic (and correct) on any 60's or early 70's Nova, Camaro, Firebird, Chevelle, Mustang, etc.
