Bailey, a 6'1" righthanded relief pitcher, signed with the Cleveland Indians in 1961. He pitched for Cleveland in 1967 and 1968. Overall in 34 games, 32 out of the bullpen, he posted a 2-6 record and 3.88 ERA with two saves. He pitched in the minor leagues in 1969 and 1970. His final professional season was 1971 in the Mexican League. Bailey is now 79 years old, living in Lorain, Ohio.
