Vintage Signed Westmoreland Glass Lilly of the Valley Cobalt Blue Vase

This measures 7 ¼ inches high and has a very small flake of a ding at top of one or the points but can be felt more than seen and very small as shown in pics, otherwise no damage.  It is marked with the WG arrow but I cannot clearly show this in photos.
